Refund and Returns Policy

How To Return An Item

Items, whether physical, digital, or virtual, must be in their original and unused condition to be eligible for a return, except in cases of manufacturer defects or errors on our end. You must return the order within 7 days of your purchase.

  1. Request a Return: Email [email protected] to request a refund and receive a tracking number.
  2. Physical Items: We will provide the exact return address via email.
  3. Include Documentation: For physical items, include a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt, invoice, or Order ID in your package.

Return Exceptions

Items cannot be returned if they are damaged due to misuse.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Digital products (e.g., eBooks, online courses, software) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking and/or admin fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Items or Orders may be returned after 7 days, but not more than 15 days from the purchase date — subject to 50% restocking and/or admin fee.

Original shipping and handling fees, as well as payment gateway charges (e.g., PayPal, XendIt, Banks, GCash, Maya), are non-refundable.

Lost Item(s)

Eagles Digital Hub sources products or services from various suppliers and partners. For all orders placed on our website, we may prepay for the products before they are shipped to you. If an item is lost, we will refund the customer only if the item has been returned to the supplier.

Refund Process

  1. Verification: Upon receiving your return request, we will verify the eligibility of the item(s) for a refund.
  2. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item.
  3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method used during purchase. If the payment has been settled and reconciled already by our payment gateway partner, we will ask you to provide your preferred payment method for a manual transfer.

Digital Products and Services

For digital products and services provided by Eagles Digital Hub, including but not limited to eBooks, online courses, promotions, advertising, and software:

  • Non-Returnable: Digital products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
